Introducing Cartridge Expert. The Cartridge Expert machine is a sophisticated system that automatically cleans, empties, refills and primes your own cartridge on a computer controlled station.
The Cartridge Expert cartridge refill machine has been tested for over two years and featuring cutting edge technology, the machine will recharge your inkjet cartridge to branded quality and save you money time and time again.

Why refill your cartridge?
Your original print head cartridge is an expensive and complex device. Recharged on the Cartridge Expert machine it can continue giving excellent service without the need to buy a new one every time. This saves you around half the cost of a new cartridge and helps the environment by reducing manufacturing, transport and waste disposal.
Will it harm your printer?
The Cartridge Expert machine recharges your own cartridge so you simply put it back in the printer in the same way as when ‘new’. There should be no reason why this will cause any damage to the printer.
What about the ink?
Cartridge Expert uses specially formulated inks to emulate the performance of the original – judge for yourself the quality and durability of our ink, we think you will be more than happy.
What if it doesn’t work? We are trained to inspect and advise on all aspects of recharging cartridges. Provided your cartridge has not been previously refilled by another supplier and is not damaged, it is very unlikely to fail.
How much can you save?
We can show you exactly how much you could save by recharging your original cartridge rather than replacing it every time.
Step 1
The operator selects the matched cassette for the cartridge that requires refilling passing it under the scanner, the barcode is read by the machine, it now has all the information needed to refill the cartridge.
The ink cassette is now placed into the machine, the cartridge into the adapter.The machine reads the ink cassette barcode.
Step 2
The ink cassette is now placed into the machine, the cartridge into the adapter. With no operator intervention, the cartridge is now completely emptied, the old ink being pulled out of the cartridge through its print head, under a very high vacuum.
When the cartridge is completely empty, the machine then fills the cartridge with specially matched ink.
The cartridge is primed, ensuring the ink is flowing freely out of the print head. The empty cartridge is placed into the adapter.
Step 3
After the machine completes its cycle, the ink cartridge is removed. The operator simply attaches a sealing tape or clip to protect the print head, the refilled cartridge is then placed in a box, and returned to the customer.
The machine now performs a self-clean and is ready to refill another cartridge.
